Title

Victoria Square, Montreal 1872

Description

Queen Victoria is shown standing. She is slender and wears her crown that has five lilies on it, an element which is a reminder that France had ruled England. In her left hand she is carrying a laurel crown and with her right hand she is holding her sceptre, which is to be considered the symbol of royalty.
